He was predeceased by: his parents, John Anderson and Emily Anderson; and his siblings, Gene Baxley, Lorell Baxley, Benny Doyle Baxley, Foy Baxley, Evelyn Corlee, Lorene Pierce, Lily Tidwell, Geraldine Smith, Helen Killingsworth and Opal McKee.
He is survived by: his wife Claudette Paulk Baxley; his children, Dewayne Baxley (Laura) and Sylvia Parker (Jimmy); his grandchildren, Jonathan Harris, Preston Harris and Kylie Parker; and his great grandchildren, Hayden Harris, Krimson Harris, Willow Harris and Adalynn Harris. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
