He is survived by: his former wife Faye Bowden; his close friends, Mike and Lisa Hughes; his wife Laura Faye Foreman; his children, Adria Plott, Jasen Foreman (Christan) and Jesse Foreman (Olivia); his grandchildren, Cierra Leonard, Jordan Spencer, Blake Deitz, Xander Deitz, Alexis Foreman Stanford, Zane Foreman, Jessa Foreman, Emma Foreman, Jude Foreman and Bennett Foreman; and his sisters, Cheryl and Wanda. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
