With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary Ellen Glass of Ashford, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 19, 2025 at the age of 82. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney McNiel and Ollie Croom McNiel; her husband Bennie Joe Glass; and her sister Janie Arnold. She is survived by: her children, Mary Ann Page (Scott), Darrell Glass (Donna) and Becca Raybon; her grandchildren, Emily Press (Josh), Alayna Power (Bryce), Cassey Glass (Christy), Dara Glass, Tanner and Jayden Raybon; her great grandchildren, Camden, Chase and Callie; her brother Joe McNiel (Ruby); and her brother-in-law Ed Arnold.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Gardens.
