She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Brady Hatcher and Lucille Oddis Douglas Hatcher; her husband Leonard Dennis Phillips; and her brother Ronnie Hatcher. She is survived by: her children, Henry Bruce Railey and Lucinda Marie Dewees (Thomas); her siblings, Teressa Ann Williams (Donald) and Terry Allen Hatcher; her sister-in-law Rhonda Hatcher; and her grandchildren, Katelynn of Florala, Jace of Florala and Abigail Dewees of Florala. She is also survived by her 2 fur grandbabies Buddy and Sadie; several nieces and nephews.
