We are sad to announce that on November 23, 2023, at the age of 90, Luquita Sapp Whitfield of Ashford, Alabama, born in Blountstown, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Early Sapp and Fannie Mae Sapp; and her sister Shirley Faye Blackmon. She is survived by: her husband Eddie Wayne Whitfield; her sons, Louis Edward Lindsey (Mary Jane), Charles Lydell Lindsey (Debbie) and Lynn Wayne Lindsey (Brenda); her stepson Todd Lawrence Whitfield (Cindy); and her siblings, Joseph Sapp, Martha Jean Burch, Glennell Tucker, Lynell Tucker, Mary Elizabeth Brake, Agnes Loretta Cole and Linda Darlene Linton. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other extended family.
