He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilton Cook and Phoebe Granger Cook; and his brother Kenny Allen Cook. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Cook; his son Briceson Cook; his mother-in-law Charlotte Morris (Doug); his brothers-in-law, Anthony Smith (Marie) and Tim Smith; his sisters, Rhonda Clark and Linda Fisher; his nieces and nephews, Scott, Dana Anners, Chase, Amber Clark and Paxton Smith; his nieces and nephews, Trent, Maegon Smith and Griggs Smith; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Maddie Anners, Andrew Anners and Will Anners; and also Christian Smith.
