He was predeceased by : his parents, Winston Campbell and Eloise Campbell; his grandfathers, Cleveland Campbell (Noona) and Johnny Baxley (Nettie); his brother Gerald Campbell; and his grandson Zach Thorne.

He is survived by : his wife Kathy Campbell; his children, John Campbell (Tara), Amanda Balistreri (Brent), Chanda Archie, Jennifer Archie (Greg) and Susan Filicicchia (Matt); his grandchildren, Spencer Graybill, Jordan Keith, Hailey Davis, Tirzah Filicicchia, Emileigh Dennis, Elora Filicicchia, Johnny Campbell and Izzy Lusk; his great grandchildren, Hezekiah, Alexander, Maggie, Waylon and Elianna; and his siblings, Ricky Campbell, Randy Campbell and Brenda Campbell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
