He was predeceased by: his mother Hazel Monday Holland. He is survived by: his father Mickey Holland; his siblings, Emily Hovey (Kyle) and Randy Holland; and his nephews, Mickey Allen Holland (Toni Derrick), Chase Hovey and Brandon Hovey. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Before Covid, Joel enjoyed his time at the John Conti Work Center.
