He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee A. Long and Athalie Long; and his siblings, Lee A. Long, Jr. and Tilda Stanhope. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Long; his children, Joey Long (Diane), Suzanne Long and Dianne Long; his grandchildren, Dakota Andries (Ashley), Ashley Shipes (Hunter), Shannon Goldstrich (Andrew) and Brice Long; and his siblings, Shirley Reever (Vern), Terry Mann (Mike) and Henry Long. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Memory Hill Cemetery (2414 Hartford Hwy, Dothan, AL 36305).
