He is survived by: his wife Janet Dawkins; his children, Chad Dawkins (Emily), Jeremy Dawkins, Shane Ingram (Chelsea) and Keisha Ingram; his grandchildren, Elliot Dawkins, Andie Dawkins, Jared Dawkins and Banks Ingram; his mother Mattie Dawkins; his siblings, Billy Jack Scarbrough, Gerald Dawkins (Carol), Gary Dawkins (Jeanette) and Charlotte Dawkins-Fuller; and his sister-in-law Jackie Kirkland. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
