He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hyink and Dorothy Swann Hyink; and his brother Thomas Hyink. He is survived by: his wife Pat Hyink; his children, Sherri Mercer (Mike) and Gary Hyink (Debbie); his grandchildren, Ashley Reynolds (Joshua), Josh Mercer (Monica) and Melissa Mercer; his great grandchildren, Benjamin, Ethan, Emerie and Hannah; his brother Gerald Hyink; and his sister-in-law Zafe Hyink.
