It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Glenn Allen Pate of Ashford, Alabama, born in Donalsonville, Georgia, who passed away on October 25, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Pate and Inez Brown Pate; his siblings, John Pate, Jerome Pate, Charles Pate, Terry Pate and Sue Johnson; and his mother-in-law Peggy Bud Shelley.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Pate; his children, Connor Pate (Sara), Jenni Rector (Will), Stephanie Sanders (Randy) and Amanda Linn Pate; his grandchildren, Milli Smith and Jacob Linn; his aunt Martha Smith; and his sisters, Faye Knight (Jerry) and Denise Tate (Greg). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
