He is survived by: his wife Donnie Ruth Hayes; his siblings, James Earl Hayes (Sarg) of Clarksville, TN, Betty H. Graves of Ashford, AL and Patricia H. Cotton (Wayne) of Crestview, FL; and his sister-in-law Mary Ann Cosby of Abbeville, AL.
