He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Killingsworth and Lonie Lomineck Killingsworth; his wife Flora Lee "Polly" Killingsworth; his sister Bertie Senn; and his nephews, Ricky and Raymond Killingsworth.
He is survived by: his sons, Larry Killingsworth (Gayle) of Dothan, Terry Killingsworth (Darlene) of Webb, Roger Killingsworth (Kim) of Avon, Jimmy Killingsworth (Karen) of Avon and Tommy Killingsworth (Patty) of Cowarts; and his daughters-in-law, Sonya Killingsworth and Kathy Killingsworth. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
