He was predeceased by: his wife Marilyn Yvonne Avery; and his daughter Kathy Avery Moulton. He is survived by: his parents, Molly Belle Avery and Sesh Granger; his son Phillip Don Avery (Diane); his grandchildren, Tye Avery, Alec Avery and Cole Moulton; and his son-in-law Bobby Moulton. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
