He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Comer Parmer and Mary Jim Parmer; his brother Lamar Parmer; his wife Janice T. Parmer of Ashford; his children, Chip Parmer (Mendy) of Ashford, Cindy Robison (J. D.) of Ashford and Cristie Parmer of Ashford; his sister-in-law Sandra Parmer; and his niece Stacy Parmer of Ashford. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Bluff Springs Baptist Church, 1990 Bluff Springs Road, Ashford, AL 36312 in Mr. Parmer's memory.
