He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Howard, Bronnie Odom, Ennis and Ellen Eubanks; his uncle E. D. Eubanks; and his cousin Monty Eubanks.

He is survived by: his son Gunnar Eubanks; his parents, Harry Eubanks and Gale Eubanks; the mother of his child Kim Eubanks; and his uncles, John Howard (Emily Sanders), Bill (Molly Bootle), Mack (Carole Eubanks) and Larry (Sarah Eubanks).
