He was predeceased by: his parents, Noel Alloway and Elizabeth Alloway; and his siblings, Kevin Alloway, Sandra Harper and Karen Louceano.
He is survived by: his wife Becky Alloway; his children, Angel Shelley (Todd) and Keith Alford (April); his grandchildren, Hudson Shelley (Savannah), Haisten Shelley, Emma, Zane, Zeke and Ellie Alford; and his brothers, Wayne Alloway and Scott Alloway. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Flowers are being accepted or memorial donations may be made to Folds of Honor, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or the Shriners.
