She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl O. D. and Alma Ezella Clemmons (Cox); her siblings, Phillips Clemmons, Bobby Ray Clemmons and Wanda Dupree (Clemmons); and her nephew Bobby Ivey.
She is survived by: her son Ray Windham (Michelle) of Dothan; her siblings, Penny Faison (Dennis) of Ashford, Shirley Ivey of Tampa, FL and Jimmy Clemmons of Ashford; her grandson Dillon Windham; and her sister-in-law Sophia Clemmons of Dothan.
