He was predeceased by: his daughter Tammy Gibson; his parents, Sherman Privett and Vider Privett; and his brother Kenneth Privett. He is survived by: his wife Millie Privett; his daughter Cynthia Privett Ruth; his grandchildren, Heather Talty, Jimmy Ruth, Jennifer Terrell, Donnie Ruth, Danielle Eaton, Theresa Becerra and Jordan Gibson; and his siblings, Carlton Privett, Barney Privett and Minnie Faye Gibson. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
