He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Dickey Sr. and Mary Long Dickey; his brother Ralph Dickey; and his stepson Brian G. Miller. He is survived by: his wife Gleta Miller Dickey; his daughters, Jamie Walls (Michael), Jennifer Dickey and Kimberley Dickey; his granddaughter Macki Patton; his stepson Byron Miller (Tabitha); his grandchildren, Nicholas and Samantha Miller; and his sister Patricia Corrigan.
