He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Edsel and Mary Bell. He is survived by: his wife Linda Bell; his children, Justin Bell (Wendy), Lucas Bell (Morgan) and Courtney Smith (John Michael Knighton); his grandchildren, Colton Bell, Camryn Bell, Vivianne Bell, Newt Bell and Nolen Smith; his sister Debra Bell Sargent; his nieces, Ashley Warrior and Anna Whiteside Read; and his nephew Nick Sargent.
