She was predeceased by: her husband James C. Goodwin. She is survived by: her sons, Eddie Goodwin (Melanie) of Jasper and Mark Goodwin (Stacey) of Jasper; and her siblings, Betty Smith of Cullman and Phillips Jr. of Cullman.
