The memory of Mark Ragsdale of Arley, Alabama, who passed away on April 26, 2025 at the age of 53, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John, Annisteen Estes Abbott, Johnny and Ethel Wall Ragsdale; his brother Jerry Wayne Ragsdale, Jr.; and his father-in-law Brother Donny Gaither.
He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Ragsdale and Joyce Ragsdale; his wife Jenny Ragsdale; his children, Kourtney, Kaitlan Ragsdale and Jordan Ragsdale; his brother Mike Ragsdale; his mother-in-law Anita Gaither; and his siblings-in-law, Nina Wilson (Josh) and Kevin Gaither (Tanya). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Bethel Baptist Church (1610 Hickory Ln, Arley, AL 35541). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donations be made in Brother Mark's memory to the Mark Ragsdale Bible Fund at Traditions Bank or electronically through venmo @mark_ragsdale_bible_fund .
