She is survived by: her husband James; her parents, Danny Fields and Carol Whaley; her sons, Javan Mathews (Makayla) and Noah Mathews; her stepson Mark Mathews; her granddaughters, Harper Rose Peppers and Audrey Mathews; her brothers, Cody Fields, Dusty Ragsdale, Cory McKenna, Joshua Lane and Nolan Fields; her nephew Kevin Fields; her niece Ellie McDonald-Fields; her mother-in-law Linda Mathews; her sister-in-law Carrie Mathews; and her aunt Judy.
