He is survived by: his brothers, Steton Hayes and Josh Hogland; his mother Shelia Kaye; his stepfather Jimmy Dale Garmon; his siblings, William Chad Phillips and Kimberly Lambert; and his stepgrandmother Katherine Garmon.
