It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Ramey of Arley, Alabama, who passed away on August 22, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Arthur Ramey and Dardanella "Nellie" Ramey; his wife Zondra Harrison Ramey; and his brother Jerry Ramey. He is survived by: his children, Lea Ann Farmer and John S. Ramey (Beth); his brother John F. Ramey (Lynn); his grandchildren, Mandy Tucker (Cameron), Matthew Ramey (Riley), Andrew Farmer and Aaron Farmer; and his great grandchildren, Elijah Tucker and Amelia Scott Ramey. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
