He is survived by: his wife Pamela Conklin; his mother Alwynne Conklin; his children, Amanda Lyn Conklin and Matthew Alan Conklin; his grandchildren, Claire and Ryan; his siblings, Suzanne, Neena, Brian and Scott; and his pet Lucy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
