He is survived by: his wife Rose McNeal; his children, Kristal Matthews (Mike) and James McNeal (Angela); his siblings, Alice Key (Eddy), Diane Wilson, Janet Sugden (Lafreniere) and Donnie Price; his grandchildren, Acacia Jones, Kaylee McNeal, Eli McNeal (Gracie), Alexis Matthews and Brayden McNeal; and his great grandchild Axle Marshall.
