She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert W. Brown; her parents, Martha Wood Parris and Mozell Parris; her son Keith Brown; her great grandchild Autumn Wood; her son-in-law John Bowling; and her sisters, Mary Lollar and Tommie Parris.
She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah James and Martha Bowling; her grandchildren, Terry James (Amber), Christi James, Kevin Bowling (Christi), Jason Bowling (Lori), Scott Bowling (Miranda), Catherine Reeves (Tony) and Cassie Hughes; her great grandchildren, Austin Bowling, Jaycey Moore (Matt), Caleb Bowling, Callie Bowling, Claire Bowling, Briley Bowling, Sadie Bowling, Jaxon James, Luke James, Autumn James, Elijah Wood, Zeppelin Hughes, Ashlynn Hamilton (Jonathan) and Zachary Reeves; and her close friends, Martha Allen and Sharon Benson.
