She was predeceased by: her siblings, Mavis Garner, Bonnie Ruth Baker, Mary Shehane, Oree Shipman, Naomi Laney, Kathleen Tyler, Cecil Tyler, E. J. Tyler and Lewie Tyler.

She is survived by: her spouse Clarence Edsel Hartzog; her son Mike Hartzog (Debra); her sister Ouida Sasser of Ozark; her grandchildren, Angela Weatherford and Jason Hartzog; and her niece Wanda Money (Mack).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be the donor's favorite charity.
