She was predeceased by: her parents, George Frank Beasley and Mable Claire Batchelor Beasley; her sister Frances Beasley Nolin (Guy); and her husband Charlie Francis Carter, Jr.. She is survived by: her grandson Quade Carter; her grandsons-in-law, Robbie Bruce and Josh Wolfe; her children, Jann Carter Phillips (Carl), Cindy Carter Usry (Donald Westbook), Kym Carter Hornsby (Roger) and Chuck Carter; her daughter-in-law Shannon of Ariton; her grandchildren, Sami Jo Phillips Culverhouse of Ariton, Charli Phillips Bruce (Robbie) of Warrior, Lexi Phillips Wolfe (Josh) of Dothan, Eli Usry of Ozark, Carter Hornsby (Candace) of Dothan, Taylor Hornsby of Vestavia and Kaylee Carter of Ozark, Alabama.; her great grandchildren, Rob Culverhouse of Ariton, Harper Bruce of Warrior, Scarlett Bruce of Warrior, Ada Bruce of Warrior, Tripp Bruce of Warrior, Ezra Wolfe of Dothan, Finn Wolfe of Dothan and Kenna Hornsby of Dothan; her niece June Nolin Wilson (Ron) of Haltom City; her nephew Frank Nolin (Lorna) of Mexico Beach, Florida; her sister-in-law Sandra Carter; and her caregivers, Teresa Brantley of Ariton, Pam McNair of Daleville, Nadine McGibbon of Ozark and Shaquitta Richards of Ozark.
