He is survived by: his wife Latricia Roberts Smith of Ariton; his sons, Brian O'Neal Smith of Columbus, Robert Brenton Smith (Amelia) of Deer Park, Tony Guilford of Ozark, Wade Guilford of Ariton and David William Easterling (Marissa Player) of Ozark; and his sister Erline Tew (Winston) of Eufaula.
