She was predeceased by: her husband James Thomas Howell, Jr.; her parents, Luther Franklin and Eunice Sims Franklin; and her brothers, Randy Franklin, Dwight Franklin and Dewayne Franklin.
She is survived by: her son Jason Howell (Jamie) of Ozark, Alabama; her grandson Hunter Howell of Ozark, Alabama; and her siblings, Ricky Franklin of Dublin, Betty Key of Dublin, Carolyn Dollins of Holcomb, Wanda Wallace (Robert) of Iron City and Nita Kruger of Dublin. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
