She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Talmer Skinner and Effie Estelle Paulk Skinner; her grandparent Day; her husband Hubert Samuel Phillips; her grandson Chris Beckon; her sisters, Lillian Wilson and Sharon Peters; her children, Beulah Peavy (Larry), Debbie Beckon (Ronnie), Georgia, Lisa Harden (Bart), Carla Bailey (Mike) and Stanley Phillips (Jeanie); and her brother Rodney Skinner. She was also cherished by thirteen grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
