Hayward; his children, Brenda Marksch (Kenneth) of Toledo, Ohio, Victoria Duty of Toledo, Ohio, Kevin Lesinszki (Ashlie) and John Minton (Sara); and his siblings, Debbie Barnett and Lee Hayward (Sherry) of Toledo, Ohio.
