We are sad to announce that on September 9, 2021, at the age of 70, Fannie Sue Hughes of Ariton, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Olan McLendon and Robbie McLendon; and her brothers, Joe Hoarce, Bobby Ray and Noah Glenn McLendon.

She is survived by: her husband Garrett Hughes of Ariton; her children, Michael Hughes, Gary Hughes (Wendy), Carrie Hughes and Jennifer Hughes "Spooner" (Wes); and her grandchildren, Skyler, Kadence, Kolten Spooner, Casey, Brent, Hunter Wilcox, Kayla Hughes and Brooklyn Forbes. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren; and numerous other nieces and nephews.
