He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Spurgeon and Carolyn Spurgeon. He is survived by: his wife Gail; his daughters, Dana Carroll Northport (Doug) and Leigh Peters (Herby); his grandchildren, Emily Carroll, Ethan Carroll, Elise Carroll, Asher Peters and Cloie Peters; and his siblings, Tim Spurgeon of Muscle Shoals, AL and Jacque Phillips. He is also survived by 2 nieces, 5 nephews, 7 great nieces & nephews and many friends.
