He is survived by: his wife Sherry Smith; his children, Joshua Smith (Kasaundra), Derek Smith (Tiffany), John Culver, Kayla Smith, Kassie Smith (AJ), Crimson Smith, Arya Smith and Jacqueline Pollitz; his sisters, Kay Payne (Mike), Cathy Glover (Carlton), Teresa Wilbanks (Jeff), Samantha Mitchell (Fred) and Vicki Thomas; and his grandchildren, Lina, Kayden, Hunter, Brian, Aiden, Addison and Ayden. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews; along with a host of friends.
