He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Taze Fowler and Mary Catherine Wells Fowler; his sons, David Edwards and Joseph Edwards; his granddaughter Shawna Colwell; and his great grandchild Chrissy Colwell.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Fowler; his children, Norman Fowler (Elizabeth) of Taft, TN and Cynthia Hurd (Chuck) of Ardmore, AL; and his brother Lawrence Fowler of Winter Haven, FL. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, as well as two great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home (27186 Main St, Ardmore, AL 35739). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
