It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Bailey of Ardmore, Alabama, who passed away on May 23, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Benton Bailey and Frances B. Bratcher Bailey; his brother Jim Bailey; and his grandson Lance Everett Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Sue Bailey of Ardmore, AL; his children, Ronald Keith Bailey (Jacqueline) of Priceville, AL, Bruce Anthony Bailey (Tina) of Washington, GA, Kimberley Bailey Neff (J. C.) of Terre Haute, IN and Kelli Bailey FitzGerald (Kevin) of Athens, AL; and his brothers, William Bailey (Mary) of Columbus, IN and Randy Bailey (Fina) of Lincoln, AL. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
