He was predeceased by: his parents, Melville Salmon and Rose Salmon (Winter); and his wife Barbara J. Salmon. He is survived by: his children, David Phillips (Amanda) of Erie, PA, Richard L. Salmon, Lori L. Connors, Victoria A. Galek (Chad) and Edward Phillips (Kim). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
