She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Carter and Lillie Gregory Carter; and her husband Donnie Alton Locke. She is survived by: her daughter Reba Peterson of Arlington, TX; her grandchildren, Nada Osborn of Midlothian, TX and Robbie A. Trevett; and her siblings, Ronnie Carter (Linda) of Old Hickory, TN, Margie Smith (Marion) of Hermitage, TN and Joyce Scott. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren.
