He was predeceased by: his parents, James Willis and Evelyn Willis; his former wife Suzanne Duffey Willis; and his wife Ruth Wisenbarger Willis. He is survived by: his siblings, Ronnie Willis (Ellen) and Sandy; his sons, Tim Willis (Kristy) and Jason Willis (Evai); his stepchildren, Cherish Graham and Steve Graham; his grandchildren, Shane Willis (Amanda), Jacob Willis, Carmen Willis and Kiana Cleveland; and his great grandchild Annabeth Willis. He is also survived by four nieces.
