He is survived by: his wife Joyce Eubanks (Phillips); his children, Keith Eubanks (Tracy) of Mt. Juliet and Kymla Eubanks of Chandler; and his siblings, Ruby, Anne Burns of Athens, AL and Leroy Eubanks of Hartselle, AL. He is also survived by aunts and uncles, many nieces, nephews.
