He was predeceased by: his parents, Cullie Ree Mullins and Laura Janis Smith Mullins; his brothers, Ted Mullins (Darlene) and Randy Mullins; and his stepfather Ed Hodges.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Mullins; his daughters, Lori Ferguson (Jason) and Keri Mullins; his siblings, Danny Mullins (Susan), Mike Mullins (Debra), Dennis Hodges, Belinda Adams (Steve) and Kathy Simmons (Jeff); his grandchildren, Lauren Watkins (Geary), Katelynn Fuqua (Devonta), Jackson Ferguson and Jake Watson; and his great grandchild Lilly Jade.
