He was predeceased by: his parents, James Nathan Billions and Jewel Naomi Allen Billions; his wife Faye Billions; and his siblings, James Calvin Billions and Ramona Tanner.
He is survived by: his children, Randy Billions (Peggy) and Pam Sirten (Phillip); and his grandchildren, Amanda Eiland (Chris), Charlene Barron (Andy), Cody Greene (Kaelyn), James Dean Billions (Brianne), Kelly King (Jason), Holly Ingram (TJ), Tracy Williams (Lanny) and Matt Sirten (Stephanie). He is also survived by 31 great grandchildren, as well as a host of nieces & nephews.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the charity of your choice.
