He was predeceased by: his parents, George Dewey Coulter and Sarah Ghidotti Coulter; his siblings, Leo, Leroy, Mike, Frank, Virginia Butler, Imojean Delfunt and Kathy Coulter; and his grandson Stephen Price.
He is survived by: his children, Bradford Coulter (Patricia), Tracy Coulter (Teresa), Cyndi Rolin and Renee Kimbrough (Chris); his close friend LaGay Collins; and his sisters, Dora Dean Watson and Ann Mitchell. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.
