She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Blade and Mary Elizabeth Woodard Blade; her grandmother Viola Woodard; and her brother Barry Blade. She is survived by: her husband Rex Crabtree of Conway Community; her daughters, Candice Yant (Daniel) of Huntsville, AL and Kayla Bragg (Kevin) of Helena; her sisters, Pam Rank of Pulaski, TN, Gayle Blade and Ann Tipton of Elkton, TN; her grandsons, Levi and Everett Yant; and her pets, Milo, Kate, Tamu and Duke.
