He was predeceased by: his parents, James David Pearson and Willie Pearl Jerrells Pearson; and his wife Linda Taylor Pearson. He is survived by: his children, Michael Pearson (Sherry), Cecil Pearson, Jr. (Debbie), William Pearson (Sherrie), Timothy Pearson (Lisa), Troy Pearson (Judy) and Meddena Green (Tommy). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
